In the situation, where you are not satisfied with our services, we will refund you the money, after considering and investigating the reasons for cancellation. Requests that are filed later than 7 business days before the end of the ongoing service period, will simultaneously be treated as cancellation of the next service period.

Refund Policy

In the quest to ensure a quality consumer experience, we strive to design the best services for the client. If, although in any case, the client is not satisfied with our product, we would provide a refund to the client.

In case that the payment is made by credit card, the amount refunded will be issued to the original credit card issued at the time of the payment. In the case of payment gateways, the refund will be made to the same account.
